An employee (Brittney) disclosed my personal insurance information to my ex-husband without authorization, while my policy was active and within the grace period. I brought this directly to Mary Jo Williamson. I was told it would be reviewed, yet months passed with no resolution, incomplete call documentation, and eventual avoidance. After the violation, my account was treated differently—including no communication after purchasing another vehicle, which had always been standard practice before. This agency demonstrates poor oversight, inadequate privacy controls, and a lack of accountability. Consumers should be extremely cautious when trusting this office with sensitive personal information."
