"☆☆☆☆ One Star – Consumer Warning Mary Jo Williamson’s insurance agency failed in its basic duty to protect client privacy. An employee (Brittney) disclosed my personal insurance information to my ex-husband without authorization, while my policy was active and within the grace period. I brought this directly to Mary Jo Williamson. I was told it would be reviewed, yet months passed with no resolution, incomplete call documentation, and eventual avoidance. After the violation, my account was treated differently—including no communication after purchasing another vehicle, which had always been standard practice before. This agency demonstrates poor oversight, inadequate privacy controls, and a lack of accountability. Consumers should be extremely cautious when trusting this office with sensitive personal information."

"We've been doing business with Mary Jo Williamson State Farm for almost 20 years. The customer service is always top notch. I thought that whenever my previous agents Debra and Elaine left that I wasn't going to get the same superior service that I've been accustomed to and then came along Alondra. She is very knowledgeable about her job and goes above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met. If there's a problem, she's definitely the person to get it solved. It feels good to call and get that hometown feel. She knows my voice and is genuinely concerned about how we're doing.
